This fun, junior taekwondo program is for preschoolers 3-5 years of age.  Taekwondo Jr. develops a child's understanding of what martial arts training is all about.  This program helps your child to develop increased focus, coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance through the practice of taekwondo techniques.

  Our children's taekwondo program is designed to enhance your child's self-esteem, self-confidence, health, patience, athletic ability, academic performance and conduct at home. Respect and self - discipline are the foundations of our program. These qualities are emphasized while learning self - defense techniques in a challenging yet fun atmosphere.

Our Teen & Adult program is for students in their teens and older who would like to improve their self - defense skills, confidence and fitness level. The focus of the program is to provide a well - structured, friendly environment that people of all ages can enjoy. This class is suitable for those with little or no experience in the practice of yoga. Proper alignment, movement and breath are emphasized. Relaxation and meditation are part of this class as well.
